PCAA, LLC We will respond to your written request within 30 days following receipt at our e-mail or mailing address listed above. If we receive your request at a different e-mail or mailing address, we will respond within a reasonable period of time, but not to exceed 150 days from the date received. Please note that we are only required to respond to each customer once per calendar year. View our full Privacy Policy here What is the AviStar / FastTrack cancellation and refund policy and process? We will refund your prepaid reservation 100% if you cancel 48 hours or more before the travel start date you input on your reservation. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the travel start date on your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 1 day’s parking at the rate specified on your voucher. If you cancel after the travel start date on your reservation, we will not refund your reservation.
Cancel online by clicking on the "Cancel Reservation" button on your Reservation Details page (available by finding your reservation). Once you have submitted your information, we will match it up against our database, and you may expect your refund in 3 weeks, and cancellation of your reservation immediately.
