Q: May I make a  reservation today for a parking space for tomorrow?
A: Yes.

Q: How do I print out a  discount coupon or a reservation?
A: Go to the page you want to print. Then click on the print button at the top of your browser window. The page should print from your printer.

Q: What do you charge if I am several hours late when returning to pick up my car?
A: Depending on the AviStar / FastTrack location, there are different grace period policies. Please call Customer Service toll-free at 800-621-7275 (Customer Service Hours of operations, Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST , Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST) or the parking facility itself and a representative can offer details. You can find parking facility phone numbers here.

Q: What types of car care services do you offer?
A: We offer a variety of services such as car wash, detailing, and covered parking. These services vary by location and should be verified that are offered at your destination. Please visit our Location pages for specific details.

Q: What is the reservation cancellation and refund policy?
A: We will refund your prepaid reservation 100% if you cancel 48 hours or more before the travel start date you input on your reservation.

If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the travel start date on your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 1 day’s parking at the rate specified on your voucher.

If you cancel after the travel start date on your reservation, we will not refund your reservation.

Cancel online by clicking on the "Cancel Reservation" button on your Reservation Details page (available by finding your reservation). Once you have submitted your information, we will match it up against our database, and you may expect your refund in 3 weeks, and cancellation of your reservation immediately.

Q: I made an online reservation and I forgot to bring the confirmation to the location. Can I get a refund?

A: Yes, please fax your confirmation, copy of the payment receipt and contact information to Customer Service at 770-261-1398. We will review your documentation and contact you regarding your submitted refund request.

Q: How many days of parking do I need to purchase in order to get prepaid volume discount vouchers?
A: The minimum purchase is 30 days.
