Q: May I make a reservation today for a parking space for tomorrow?
A: Yes.
Q: How do I print out a discount coupon or a reservation (confirmation)?
A: Go to the page you want to print. Then click on the print button at the top of your browser window. The page should print from your printer.
Q: What do you charge if I am several hours late when returning to pick up my car?
A: Depending on the AviStar / FastTrack location, there are different grace period policies. Please call the parking facility you are pakring at and a representative there can offer specific details.
Q: What types of car care services do you offer?
A: We offer a variety of services such as car wash, detailing, and covered parking. These services vary by location and should be verified that are offered at your destination. Please visit our Location pages for specific details.
Q: What is the reservation cancellation and refund policy?
A: On October 15th, we discontinued selling pre-paid parking. Any previously purchased pre-paid parking will be honored at the location that you purchased it for. You can still make a reservation online but you will not need to pre-pay for it. With our pay at lot reservations, you will not need to cancel your reservation should your travel plans change.
If your travel plans change and you have previously purchased a pre-paid reservation from us, our pre-paid reservation cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
We will refund your pre-paid reservation 100% if you cancel 48 hours or more before the travel start date you input on your reservation.
If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the travel start date on your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 1 day’s parking at the rate specified on your voucher.
If you cancel after the travel start date on your reservation, we will not refund your reservation.
You can cancel online by clicking on the "Cancel Reservation" button on your Reservation Details page (available by finding your reservation). Once you have submitted your information, we will match it up against our database, and you may expect your refund in 3 weeks, and cancellation of your reservation immediately.
Q: I made a pre-paid online reservation and I forgot to bring the confirmation to the location. Can I get a refund? A: Yes, please email your confirmation, copy of the payment receipt and contact information to info@parkingcompany.com. We will review your documentation and contact you regarding your submitted refund request.
