We will respond to your written request within 30 days following receipt at our e-mail or mailing address listed above. If we receive your request at a different e-mail or mailing address, we will respond within a reasonable period of time, but not to exceed 150 days from the date received. Please note that we are only required to respond to each customer once per calendar year.

What is the AviStar / FastTrack cancellation and refund policy and process?
We will refund your prepaid reservation 100% if you cancel 48 hours or more before the travel start date you input on your reservation.
If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the travel start date on your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 1 day’s parking at the rate specified on your voucher.
If you cancel after the travel start date on your reservation, we will not refund your reservation.
Cancel online by clicking on the "Cancel Reservation" button on your Reservation Details page (available by finding your reservation). Once you have submitted your information, we will match it up against our database, and you may expect your refund in 3 weeks, and cancellation of your reservation immediately.

AviStar/FastTrack Airport Parking is now a part of the Parking Spot Network.
The Parking Spot Network
is the largest off-airport parking provider in the United States. Please see the location directory below for your nearest parking location.
Most AviStar and FastTrack locations will be rebranded to The Parking Spot. The first step in the re-branding process is the introduction of the Spot Club. Once a location has the Spot Club Frequent Parker Program, it will be located on the Parking Spot web site. The Spot Club is similar to the Premier Parker Program where you will earn points for free parking.

The Parking Spot & The Parking Spot 2 Provide Service to New Atlanta Hartsfield Int’l Terminal
Beginning on Wednesday, May 16th, The Parking Spot and The Parking Spot 2 will provide service to the new Atlanta Hartsfield International Terminal on an on-demand basis. FastTrack – Atlanta will NOT provide service to the International Terminal. Please park at The Parking Spot or The Parking Spot 2 if traveling internationally.
If you are traveling internationally, please note the following:
Arrive at The Parking Spot or The Parking Spot 2 at least one hour prior to the time you wish to arrive at the airport.
Upon arrival, let the shuttle driver know if you are traveling domestic or internationally. Shuttles carrying domestic travelers will not drop at the new International terminal. A separate shuttle will be dispatched for guests traveling internationally, which will pick-up at your parking location and drop-off at the new International terminal.
Upon return, please call The Parking Spot or The Parking Spot 2 for pick-up. The phone number can be found on your locator slip.
